In the morning, I can see the signs.

Chase had stayed true to his decision to sit in on Archer's shift at Murphy's Law, even if all he'd done was drink and throw the occasional peanut at him while he worked. It was just something that couldn't be helped after the first night, and after he'd remembered more about how things used to be....

Re: In the morning, I can see the signs.

The chuckling gave it away, for sure, but only made him huff out a short laugh before Archer finally rolled over with his groaned statement about sleep. There was no denying that sleep was good. "Yeah, I know," he mumbled, and dropped back onto his side once Archer had wrapped his arms ar...

Re: In the morning, I can see the signs.

Not if you had a cellphone, which he did, no matter how busted up the damn thing had gotten over the past month or so. It came from being repeatedly disassembled, and not at all carefully in certain situations. "Don't guess we could pay 'im to deliver, huh.." he trailed, rather graveled. ...

Re: Things go Boom

He'd went quiet, himself.. at least, verbally. Not because he was achey and had some extreme adrenaline rush wearing off, but because Archer did need to chill. He could feel that, and even when the younger blonde spoke, he wasn't quick to reply.. not even after the tightening of fingers in reminder...

Re: Things go Boom

Chase matched the look with just a light tip of his chin down, and the faint grin was very much there even if he tried to hide it. His hand went still for a moment upon the mentioning of a matrix-type reality. "I don't feel'a socket here, so.." he trailed, kiddingly, once he was back to t...

Re: Things go Boom

It probably would have even confused Chase, had Quinn walked through the door; even with what he did know, and the reality he'd had to grasp once the memories started flicking and flashing within his brain. But it was like Archer had just said: they could all go to hell. Even if then he would have ...

For those wondering ..

There are definitely ways to get involved in stories and scenarios taking place on the board and rooms. It doesn't matter if you mix and match, because that's half of where the fun begins; taking your character out of their comfort zone and throwing them somewhere that they'd have no clue as of wha...

Re: New Setting: Post-Apocalyptic

If we went about it the way I would've, had anyone been interested.. I'd based it off the current year as when the final war broke out. Thus, in this case, it'd be 2013 when it started . Five years after that, while everything was in shambles, an endemic broke out that was turning people who'd been...
